He is holding a sword in one hand and a flower in the other. The sky has red and gold clouds.His head is enclosed by a green nimbus with gold radiations. He stands against an expansive, streakily painted green field; three stylised banks of gold cloud float in the streaky orange and blue sky above. There is a cerise border, patterned with gold conical leaf motifs with curling tips, between gold inner and outer margins with black rulings.
