- Inscription: 至正廿年春正月_日作此併系鄙語于尾 地偏人遠閉柴關,滿院松陰白晝閒。 眼底風塵渾忘却,坐看流水臥看山。 吳興姚廷美畫 Translation: Artist's inscription, poem, and signature: In the first month of spring in the twentieth year of the reign of Zhizheng [1360], I painted this and attached a few rustic words at the end of the scroll. A secluded place, one may close the thatch door./ In a courtyard fully shaded by pines, a moment of daytime leisure awaits./ Sights of wind and dust can be utterly forgotten./ One sits to view the cascades, or lies down [better] to see the hills.
