Uganda's Milton Obote Campaigning: Dr. Milton Obote the leader of the Ugandan People's Congress (UPC) has already commenced his countrywide campaign in light of the elections on the 30th of September. He visited the Northern province of Karamojong near the town of Moroto where the traditional tribal dances were held by the supporters of the UPC.
