- Inscription: central cartouche inset with bronze dore enamel initials, HBJR, N.2 in red, cobalt blue, lime green and white with gilt bronze outline and curliques, inset into medium brown cartouche with a gilt gridwork with each grid filled with a foliate flower, leaves and butterflies in varying sizes.
