The TGP invited an international range of artists to work in its space, including Swiss artist Hannes Meyer (1889–1954). A former director of the Bauhaus, an experimental art school in Germany, Meyer fled Europe during World War II. While in Mexico, Meyer edited this book, which describes the TGP’s various projects. The TGP's book included original prints by artists associated with the shop.
