Buckle, 1900s. China, Qing dynasty (1644-1911) or Republican period (1912-49). White jade; overall: 5.8 x 10.8 cm (2 5/16 x 4 1/4 in.). The Cleveland Museum of Art, Bequest of Cornelia Blakemore Warner 1947.617 The jade buckle is perforated to represent two butterflies, scroll patterns, and coins.
